We work proactively and independently, driving projects forward with minimal input while keeping everything aligned and moving.

How involved do we need to be in the day-to-day process?

As little as possible. We work independently and proactively, taking ownership of planning and execution. In regular check-ins, we highlight what’s important to communicate in the next two weeks, while we handle the day to day and reduce your workload.

Can you help us if we’re starting from zero on social media?

Absolutely. We regularly help brands start from zero. From defining strategy, tone of voice, and content pillars to setting up profiles and launching the first content system, we build everything step by step so you start with clarity, structure, and momentum.

How do you decide which formats and platforms make sense for us?

We start with a social media feed check. We analyze your current presence, your competitors, and how your audience behaves across platforms. Based on these insights, we define the formats and channels that make the most sense for your goals, and build a strategy that’s focused, realistic, and scalable.

How far in advance is content planned?

We typically plan content one to two weeks in advance. Basecamp is our central content hub, where you can review everything and leave feedback directly, keeping the process clear, fast, and organized.

Where does the content come from?

Content comes from a mix of sources. You can book content days as an add on, where we travel to your preferred location and produce professional photo and video content. In one day, we typically create 10 to 12 video pieces that fuel your content for the next six to eight weeks.
